Orders ship from our New Zealand warehouse, so your order may incur duties, clearance fees or local taxes set by your customs authority. These charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Yu Mei. For specifics, we recommend checking with your local customs agent before ordering.
If duties and taxes are unpaid within the required timeframe, the order will be returned to us. Returns are processed within 5 to 7 days of arriving back at our warehouse, and refunded to your original payment method less any shipping costs we incur. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
