How it works

Tell us about your about your Yu Mei
Use our self-assessment tool to start the process and to get an idea of what your bag might be worth.
02.
Send us your bag
Courier your bag or drop it into a Yu Mei Lounge. We'll check for authenticity and assess its condition.
03.
We’ll make you an offer
If your bag can be Carried Again, we'll offer you a store credit based on the style and its condition. Alternatively, you can choose to have your bag refurbished if it is not in a condition to be rehomed.
04.
Carried Again eligibility
Acceptance is at Yu Mei’s discretion to ensure the quality of our carried again pieces. Bags showing minor wear are welcome, but those with significant damage or extreme wear may not be suitable for future resale.
