How it Works

Send us your bag
Courier your piece to us, or drop it into a Yu Mei Lounge. We’ll confirm authenticity and begin a condition assessment.

We’ll assess your bag
Our team will carefully inspect your piece to determine what care or repairs are needed, from cleaning and conditioning to structural restoration.
03.
We’ll provide a quote
While some repairs are complimentary, for most services we’ll provide a tailored quote before proceeding.
04.
Service timelines
Once assessed, repairs take approximately 2 weeks (e.g. stitching undone, hardware). Refurbishments take 4 weeks.
