Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and are valued in NZD. Gift cards are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund. Any unused balances at the expiry date will not be refunded.

If your gift card was purchased in USD or AUD, the balance will be automatically converted to NZD at the time of redemption.

A gift card cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
