Shipping and Returns
Every order is tracked and carbon neutral. Complimentary shipping over $50 NZD, $200 AUD or $200 USD. Duties and taxes are included for New Zealand and Australia.
Online returns are accepted within 21 days (New Zealand) or 30 days (international), unworn and with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is complimentary within New Zealand. Lounge purchases may be exchanged or credited within 21 days.

Materials and Care
Your charm is made from solid brass, which is gold plated. Wipe clean with a soft, cloth regularly to keep from tarnishing. If tarnish builds up, use a mild dish soap on a damp cloth to wipe away and thoroughly dry. Over time your charm will mark and scratch with wear, so avoid abrasive surfaces where possible.
