The Jane Bag has an elegant crescent-shaped opening created by twin panelling. Crafted from premium deer nappa with recycled suede lining, Jane is semi-structured with a timeless feel. Featuring signature Yu Mei hardware and an adjustable strap.

Materials and Care

Suede is a delicate, porous leather that needs extra attention. Treat with Yu Mei’s suede-specific protector spray before first use, and regularly thereafter, to help prevent watermarks and stains. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally—away from heat and sunlight—then gently brush the nap with a suede brush or soft toothbrush.

It’s normal for suede to shed some fibres with use. A lint roller or tape can help remove excess fibres. Always avoid placing your suede bag on rough surfaces.
