We’re currently seeking Retail Assistants to join our retail team in our Wellington and Newmarket Lounges.

What we're looking for

One year of experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering exceptional brand and product experiences through memorable, personalised service.
- Responding to customer queries across all communication channels promptly and efficiently.
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and on time.
- Contributing to a high-productivity environment with strong employee satisfaction, supporting team morale, and promoting an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Precise inventory management and operational performance.
- Ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, driving brand loyalty and repeat business.
- Cultivating and engaging with Yu Mei's community and guests, assisting with hosting events as required.
- Involvement in marketing initiatives at Yu Mei, including social media and community engagement.
- Maintaining location security at all times and addressing maintenance issues at retail Lounge locations if/when required.
